A Frequently Asked Questions page can come in handy for your new website if you are constantly being asked the same questions by potential or returning customers. How long does it take to ship?
Our production time is usually 1-2 weeks. We make exceptions for games so we can have delivery before your event date. Keep in mind, adding logos or custom colors can add to production time. Transit times can be 2-6 days.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order we will work with you and shipping carrier to file an insurance claim if an item is damaged during transit.
Can you adjust the height of the Lego tables?
The Lego tables come with 28in legs bring the height to around 29in tall. In the drop down menu you can select adjustable height legs that adjust between 24in-35in.
Can the games be used as rentals for my event company?
Each game is made with cabinet grade wood and built for long term heavy use.
How do I send you my logo or company colors?
Place your order and select custom colors at checkout. We will contact you for all the necessary details and you can also send us an email with your files to thequeenofgamesemail@gmail.com
